- PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- Deposit: It is possible that at the time of making your reservation the establishment charges the amount of the first night as a deposit, the rest of the payment must be made in the establishment.
- Cancellation fees: In case of cancellation after the deadline, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged as expenses.
You can cancel without expenses:
- up to 2 days before the day of entry :
- From January 1 to February 20.
- From 23 to 27 February.
- From March 1 to April 8.
- From April 12 to June 25.
- From September 15 to December 30.
- up to 3 days before the day of entry :
- On February 21, 22, 28 and 29.
- on 9, 10 and 11 April.
- From June 26 to July 30.
- From August 30 to September 14.
- Up to 5 days before the day of entry :
- From July 31 to August 29.
- up to 7 days before the day of entry :
- December 31st.
- Modification of reservation after the deadline: If the reservation is modified within the period in which it incurs expenses if it is canceled, said modification will entail the same penalty as if the reservation were canceled.
- No show: Reservations are guaranteed until 9:00 pm on the day of entry. From that time, in case of not presenting the client at the hotel and not having warned that he is late, 100% of the amount will be charged as expenses, leaving the reservation AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED.
- Early departure: In case of early departure the hotel will charge an additional night as expenses.
- Time of entry and exit:
- Check-in time: from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. In case the client will arrive at the hotel later than 9:00 p.m., local time, you must inform the hotel. Otherwise, your reservation will be automatically canceled and 100% will be charged as an expense.
- Check-out time: until 12:00 hours on the day of departure.
- Late check-out : check availability and supplement.
- Guest Registration:
- In compliance with current regulations, all guests over 14 years of age must present their ID or passport for their registration in the Travelers' Part. If you do not do it, you will not be able to stay at the hotel.
- Dietary regimens:
- Unless otherwise indicated, all diets will be buffet style.
- Drinks are not included in the lunches and dinners, unless otherwise indicated.
- Pets and pets are not allowed in the facilities.
- The opening hours and dates of the different services and points of sale of the hotel (restaurant, SPA, swimming pools, cafeterias, etc ...) may vary throughout the year without prior notice. Check directly with the hotel to keep them updated.
- The outdoor pool will be available during the summer season. Check opening dates. Check the opening and cooling dates of the indoor pool . In summer it is not heated.
- The prices established in these rates do not include access to SPA treatments, nautical activities, parking spaces or a garage, mini-bar or any other service not expressly detailed therein, at an additional cost, unless otherwise indicated by the hotel.
- SPA treatments and other activities that the client hires are subject to availability and specific schedule. If the client does not contact the establishment to specify the appointment time, the establishment will assign a predetermined one. It is possible that the SPA does not provide its services some days of the week, consult before making the reservation. During the months of September to June, the spa will not provide its services on Sunday afternoons and on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
