Every day between 09:00 and 16:00 the rooms are cleaned. If you do not want your room cleaned, proceed to place the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle. With this indicative placed on the door, no hotel staff will enter your room or knock on the door.

If you do not need your towels changed, you should leave them hanging on the towel rack, just like you would at home. If, on the contrary, you want them to be changed: leave them in the bathtub.

In the wardrobe-closet you can find the price list. Put the clothes in the bag that you will find inside the closet and mark your order. The maid will pick it up. After 4:00 p.m.: notify Reception.

On the -1 floor, there is also a self-laundry service.

If you need more pillows or blankets, notify Reception, if possible before 00:00.

In your room you have a thermostat to regulate the temperature, if necessary.

Steps to follow to activate the air conditioner:

• Make sure it is necessary to connect it.
• Check that all windows are closed.
• Press the round button until the doll is inside the house.
• Zero must always be on top.
• To disarm the system, press the button until the doll is out of the house.

Remember that it will take time for the circuit to adjust to the temperature of your room. The larger your room is, the longer it will take to cool or heat the room.

On your TV set you can tune in DTT channels and some international channels

In it you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, being able to choose from a wide variety of products and dishes made with top quality ingredients: meat, fish and vegetables from the Region of Murcia and a variety of desserts, prepared by our kitchen team. , being able to accompany all this with the best wines from our winery.

Remember that at lunch and dinner the price of the buffet does not include drinks and that due to food hygiene and safety, access to the buffet in a bathing suit, shirtless or barefoot is not allowed.

If you plan to leave or tour before breakfast time or cannot eat at the hotel, let us know at Reception the day before and a cold breakfast or a packed lunch will be prepared for you, according to your needs.

Located on the hall floor of the hotel. Open seasonally, whenever the weather conditions allow it. It is accessed through the exit to the Paseo Marítimo (with the magnetic card) or through the -1 floor. In it there are hammocks arranged for free use by our guests. Their reservation is not allowed.

The towel service for the pools must be requested at reception. €2 is charged for each towel used.

The entrance to the hotel (check-in) is established from 3:00 p.m. and the departure (check-out) before 12:00 p.m., as established in article 11 of Decree No. 91/2005, of July 22 of the CARM; BORM of July 29.

If you need, on the day of your departure, to leave the room after 12:00 noon, you must consult it at Reception. This service is subject to the availability of the hotel. We remind you that you can extend your stay with us until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure with a small supplement for this service.

All guests must be registered in the hotel's travelers' part. For this reason, every person staying must provide a valid identification document (ID, Passport or Driver's License) at the Reception upon arrival.

People other than those registered at the hotel are not allowed to access your room.

When cleaning your room, if you leave the towels on the floor or in the bathtub, it means that you want them changed; If, on the contrary, you leave them on the towel rail, they will not be changed. Think about the amount of water needed to wash the towels each day. The cisterns in the bathroom are programmed for efficient water saving.

In a possible emergency situation: keep calm and contact Reception (dial 9).

If you detect smoke or a fire: keep calm, do not run, avoid shouting and notify reception (dial 9) or break the nearest alarm button. Do not open a door from which smoke is coming out. If the smoke is very abundant: cover your nose and mouth with a thin garment, if possible damp, and crawl. Leave your room quickly but calmly by closing windows and doors. If you cannot leave your room, notify Reception and place wet clothes on the edges of the doors. In your room there is a situation map that indicates the route to follow until you reach the emergency stairs or, failing that, the usual ones. Under no circumstances use the elevators. If you have any mobility problems, please notify Reception. Once outside the building, go to the MEETING POINT located on the seafront next to the pedestrian entrance to the Juan Montiel Marina. If necessary, follow the instructions of the hotel staff and emergency personnel.
