AIR CONDITIONING
Heating or air conditioning
In your room you have a thermostat to regulate the temperature, if necessary.
Steps to follow to activate the air conditioner:
- -Make sure it is necessary to connect it.
- -Check that all windows are closed.
- -Press the round button until the doll is inside the house.
- -The zero, must always be on top.
- -To disconnect the system, press the button until the doll is out of the house.
Remember that it will take time for the circuit to adjust to the temperature of your room. The larger your room is, the longer it will take to cool or heat the room.
AIR CONDITIONING

It is located on the Hall floor of the hotel. In it you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, being able to choose from a wide variety of products and dishes made with top quality ingredients: meat, fish and vegetables from the Region of Murcia and a variety of desserts, prepared by our kitchen team. , being able to accompany all this with the best wines from our winery.

DATA PROTECTION:
The hotel has a 24-hour video surveillance system in the common areas of the hotel in accordance with current data protection law.

Small gestures such as turning off the tap when we brush our teeth, turning off the lights that we don't need, taking a shower instead of a bath, ventilating the room daily or, in the case of using the air conditioning/heating system, doing it rationally, help to the best coexistence among all our guests and care for the environment.
When cleaning your room, if you leave the towels on the floor or in the bathtub, it means that you want them changed; If, on the contrary, you leave them on the towel rail, they will not be changed. Think about the amount of water needed to wash the towels each day. The cisterns in the bathroom are programmed for efficient water saving.
In case of emergencyIn a possible emergency situation: keep calm and contact Reception (dial 9).
In case of fireIf you detect smoke or a fire: keep calm, do not run, avoid shouting and notify reception (dial 9) or break the nearest alarm button. Do not open a door from which smoke is coming out. If the smoke is very abundant: cover your nose and mouth with a thin garment, if possible damp, and crawl. Leave your room quickly but calmly by closing windows and doors. If you cannot leave your room, notify Reception and place wet clothes on the edges of the doors. In your room there is a situation map that indicates the route to follow until you reach the emergency stairs or, failing that, the usual ones. Under no circumstances use the elevators. If you have any mobility problems, please notify Reception. Once outside the building, go to the MEETING POINT located on the seafront next to the pedestrian entrance to the Juan Montiel Marina. If necessary, follow the instructions of the hotel staff and emergency personnel.
In case of earthquake- Stay calm at all times.
